Dick the fisherman !
At the beginning of July I went fishing and caught 15 lake trout.
Kept six of them and had them fileted and ended up with about 6 pounds of fish.
Cut the fish into small strips and put them in a batter and deep fried them for a party at my neighbors and it was a big hit.
This is a photo of two of the fish. The small one is 24 inches and the large one is 27.
